Bilindiği gibi, Saber – Suudi Arabistan Standartlar, Metroloji ve Kalite Organizasyonu (SASO) tarafından oluşturulan elektronik platformdur. Bu platform Suudi Arabistan’a ithal edilecek ürünlerin kalitesi uygunluğunu Krallık’ta geçerli standartlara ve yönetmeliklere kontrol etmek amacıyla oluşturulmuştur.
Ancak 1 Temmuz 2020’den itibaren Saber, FASAH ile entegre olacak.
Bu birleşme sayesinde aşağıdaki avantajlar elde edilecektir:

1. Yeni Platformda Hem İthalat Hem De İhracatla İlgili Prosedürlerin Yürütülmesi ve Takip Edilmesi Yapılacaktır
2. Gümrük İşlemlerini Basitleştirecek ve Kolaylaştıracaktır
3. Gümrükleme İşlemlerini 24 Saat Mevcut Olacaktır
4. Ödeme Sistemi Şeffaf Olacaktır
5. Bütün Shipment Sertifikaların İndirilmesi Gerekmeyecek. Sistemde Otomatik Olarak Görüleceklerdir. 

Su notları da dikkatine alınmalı:

• Suudi İthalatçıların ve Buna Göre İthal Edilecek Mallarının SABER’de Kayıt Yapılması Zorunlu Olmaya Devam Edecektir
  • Saudi Arabistana Tüm Mal Gönderi İçin Shipment Sertifikası Zorunludur

As far as it is known, initially, SABER is the electronic platform launched by Saudi Arabia Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO). The platform was created with the aim of controlling the quality compliance of the imported to Saudi Arabia goods with the standards and regulations valid in the Kingdom.  
However, starting from 1^st July 2020 SABER will be integrated with FASAH. Due to the integration the following advantages will be achieved:

• New Platform Will Allow To Conduct And Follow Up Both Of The İmport And Export Related Procedures
• Will Simplyfy And Facilitate The Customs Clerance
  Customs Clearance Will Be Available İn 24 Hours Mode
  No Hidden Fees
• Shipment Sertificates Will Not Have To Be Downloaded İn Order To Be Submitted To Customs Broker. They Will Be Seen Automatically İn The System.

Please, also note:

• Registration in SABER Will Be Still Mandatory For Saudi Importers And Accordingly For Their Goods To Be İmported
• Shipment Sertificate İs Mandatory For All The Consignments
• Shipment Sertificated İs Valid 14 Days
